• Toolbar on Word
  To access FormsAssistant, you will use the FormsAssistant Ribbon tab on Word 2007, or the toolbar on previous versions.
• Main Window
  The main window is where you edit the form, by changing the values of the different fields.
• Fields and clips window
  The fields and clips window is placed side by side with the window of Word, providing a convenient way of placing fields on your current document (when creating new forms) or previously entered clips. FormsAssistant is a great repository of boilerplate for your Word documents.
• Configure user interface
  The configuration dialog has four tabs. The first one controls user interface settings.
• Configure operation
  FormsAssistant contains several settings that control the operation of the application.
• Configure database
  To enhance the performance you may limit the size of the Clips database.
• Other settings
  There are additional settings configurable, including an autoupdate feature.
