Retrieving lost registration info
We are currently working in an automated system to allow our users to retrieve the registration key necessary to registrer purchased software. This involves setting up a completely new web portal for the use of our customers, and unfortunately we don't have an estimate on when will it become available.
Meanwhile, please contact us through our contact form and made a request to the sales department. Be sure to include the following information on your message:
- The name and email used when purchasing the software.
- The aproximate date of purchase.
